1. Copyright Statement

© 2025 Cooperative Swimming Certification Program (CSCP). All Rights Reserved.

This copyright notice applies to all content, materials, assets, and intellectual property associated with the CSCP, including but not limited to:

  • Curriculum and Training Materials: Course outlines, lesson plans, written content, videos, graphics, and examination questions.
  • Standards and Protocols: CSCP Safety Standards, operational checklists, and facility compliance documents.
  • Digital Assets: The CSCP logo, website design, software code, and mobile application interfaces.
  • Documentation: All official documents, reports, manuals, and templates created by CSCP.

2. Reservation of Rights

Except as explicitly provided in Section 3 (Permitted Use for Licensees) or in a separate written Licensing Agreement, no part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached, or otherwise used, in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of the Cooperative Swimming Certification Program (CSCP).

All commercial rights are exclusively reserved by CSCP.

3. Permitted Use for Licensees

Licensed Instructors (Tier 2) and Licensed Facilities (Tier 3) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified CSCP materials solely for the purpose of teaching and administering the CSCP curriculum within the scope of their active license agreement.

A. Licensed Instructors (Tier 2)

You may use, display, and distribute official CSCP teaching aids and curriculum outlines only to registered students during active CSCP training sessions. All printed and digital materials must retain the original CSCP copyright notice.

B. Licensed Facilities (Tier 3)

You may reproduce and display CSCP safety signage and operational checklists only within the physical boundaries of the licensed facility for the purpose of adherence to the standards.

Unauthorized distribution, modification, sub-licensing, or sale of CSCP materials outside of these terms is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

4. Trademarks

The name “Cooperative Swimming Certification Program” and the acronym “CSCP”, along with all associated logos and slogans, are trademarks of the Cooperative Swimming Certification Program. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without the express prior written consent of CSCP.
