A. Personal Identification Information (PII)

  • To manage your account: Processing registrations for Swimming Certification or Instructor Licensing.

A. Sharing with Licensed Facilities (Tier 3)

We share essential certification status information with our licensed facilities (Tier 3 Partners) to help them maintain safety and compliance.

  • For Swimmings (Tier 1): We share your Name and Certification Status (Valid/Expired) with the facility where you use or are trained at, upon request by that facility for verification purposes. We do not share your full address or date of birth with facilities.
  • For Instructors (Tier 2): We share your Name, License Status (Active/Inactive), and License ID with any licensed facility that employs or contracts you, for verification of credentials.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and data hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
